Today there are many companies that do not have good management of human talent and lead to companies to have higher costs or hire a third party to perform such work and not create added value to your company, however many companies that are leading the way with quality standards and good management of its human skills which achieve growth in the market, since employees will always be the most essential and everything related to their welfare.

The concept of customer care refers to the management and design of communication channels that an organization intended for profit to make contact and interact with their customers.
Customer care includes the areas of human resources devoted to provide customers, those who already have a link with business services, attention to complaints, questions, doubts, suggestions, changes or new acquisitions they wish perform.
The importance of providing good customer service lies in the following aspects:
