Essay: Human talent and society

Human talent is a very important basis in society depend on it because the people who work, and in turn these same workers are consumers who create jobs for other people, as a string that is repeated. A person working in a company gets paid and in turn buy at the supermarket in which they work other people who also receive a salary and profits from the supermarket. 

So it is very important that people have all the benefits, affiliations and a living wage, generates a better quality of life and at the same time be able to buy things, go locker baskets family and many other things which in turn will generate more jobs but if passed as currently people playing them accept any wage need is generating as they can manage to survive and make ends meet are going to be achieved are creating something to get people not working needed.
